We have received feedback from backers in Canada and Mexico indicating that they have not yet received their games or tracking numbers. After investigating, we discovered an oversight by our warehouse that led to incorrect shipping of these packages. We sincerely apologize for this mistake.
Today, we have re-shipped the games for these two regions, and you should receive your tracking numbers shortly.

We are excited to announce that, thanks to Mugen Gaming's (https://mugengaming.com) efforts over the past few weeks, the game you have all been eagerly awaiting is now ready to be shipped. However, due to the severe weather conditions, we are currently unable to hand over your packages to the courier for delivery.

Hello Backers,
The cargo ship was initially scheduled to arrive in Chicago on December 23rd of last year. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it was delayed and only arrived last week. We have now completed the customs clearance process, and the games will arrive at our warehouse in the coming days.
We will then begin packaging and shipping the games to you. Please recheck your shipping information and contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
